It's Friday! Yabba Dabba Doo!

Good Morning Everyone!

I wanted to show you how the boxes are turning out, this is sort of a work in progress update so do not go all crankypants on me cause they aren't finished yet

I put the furniture sideways because I didnt have enough space to include my other stuff that Im going to put into this project *yes you know me I have got to stuff it full of something or it's not done*I got the chair plans  from Tessie *actually they were Casey's plans but I think it's best to give Tessie the credit, I dont need anymore bad Magumbo*

So thats it for today *well for you that will be all... for me..when I get home tonight I'll probably finish these up...  dont worry I found two more boxes ..hehehe..*

Have a wonderful Day and a Great Weekend

Love
Marisa

How about some Nancy Wilson to take us into the weekend and yes I know this goes against the feminist manifesto but you can be a feminist and wear pretty panties. (how do you think Victoria Secret made all that money)

  1. Hi Marisa,

It's just so civilized being able to type comments listening to Nancy Wilson. I usually have a cocktail while listening to jazz standards but it's only 9:00 AM and that's even a little too early for me. Not that I have anything against day-drinking --who am I to judge? Anyway, your boxes are taking shape...sometimes progress is slower than usual, right? Hope you have a great weekend.

    XOXO,John

  2. Hey Marisa! Your boxes are developing quite nicely and I am not going to go all 'cranky-pants' on you either; we all know what the Process entails and there are "steps" to be taken for everything! I can tell that you are having a lot of fun with these boxes! Keep it up Marisa! This is what this hobby is all about- Having Fun in the active pursuit of Pleasure and Learning new techniques in the Process of Perfecting our individual styles. I am thoroughly enjoying watching you go through the Process as you get closer to the completion.

As usual, you have picked a Fab Song, "Wives and Lovers" to take us into the weekend and I love Nancy Wilson and even more I LOVE BURT BACHARACH! His music was the most popular when I was a teenager, so this has tons of memories attached to it. Now matter which song you hear of his, they all have a stamp that is uniquely his alone , just like your miniatures Marisa; you have a style that is uniquely yours. Have a wonderful weekend, Funny Girl. Now get busy and Create even More!

  4. Hi Marisa, You inspired me to buy a box for a little diorama. I was at the Goodwill, and there it was, the perfect box with a lid. Thanks for the inspiration--now we'll see when I get around to making something. ;-) Have a great weekend! xo Jennifer

  8. Hello Marisa,
The boxes are really coming along nicely. Never...NEVER...let anyone make you feel rushed. The artistic journey must run its course, and pressure is the perfect way to ruin a passion for a hobby. Keep up the amazing work, they are already beautiful.
    Big hug,
    Giac
