I made a Sub Sandwich, I finally got to open one of the new boxes of clay:

Im not happy with the bread, but it's done and it looks cooked which is what I was going for, I'm learning a lot about shading on this journey I did touch up the lettuce with some acrylic paint, the fries are killer :)

Hi Guys

I made more fried food last night and I made some regular stuff too but it wasn't anything I hadn't made before so I'll spare you the details ...On to the fun stuff I made....:

Yes I made a Chicken Leg and Fries...Im happy with this but I think I want to add a wing to the next one I make cause this looks sort of bare with just a drumstick so that's all for now, I promised you chicken and that's what you got..Chicken  :) Im going to make more so go ahead and give me your honest opinon.

this was fun and a little strange because I could see it in my head and it came out of my fingers..I wonder if that makes sense to anyone..cause it's really weird to me I never thought I would be able to do this plus it's fun and I have two more boxes of sculpty to go

all that stuff I made for the cancer walk and I still have two full boxes of sculpty (actually 2 1/2)...  oh well

Happy Monday

I've been playing with scale lately and I wanted to share with you what I've done...it's not much but it's a big deal to me cause it's cute, take a look:

I made Mini Cinni Bons!!!   they need to be glued down but I want to paint the plate and make it look pretty  this is my first Mini Food and it's soooo cute!.(.well in scale I mean.Ive been working in play scale so long I really needed to do this)  then I made Fish and Chips I think I did a better job than I did before the color came out better and it's textured to look like fried food which was very hard but it's play scale I'm going to try and do a mini of that too on mini paper with mini fries   :)

Im so happy guys this was so much fun

PS the little cabinet came from my friend Victoria who believed in me when I didn't believe in my self..thank you Victoria you're a wonderful friend :)

I went to play in my fail box

and I fixed up a few things, added a few things and here is what I came up with, none of this is new it's fail but with a little paint, some glue and a lot of prayer I got this:

ok, my fail corn bread is there with the ravioli which is new, my fail cupcakes are there with new color and toppings, my tacos that I broke have been fixed and I added cheese with sour cream to create interest.  it's still out of scale but no one seemed to mind which is very dangerous because I can get lazy real quick so I have to watch my self and push for a little more quality and creativity they might not know but I will and I don't want a bad reputation or sloppy work


so that's it I hope you like it or if you don't tell me what you think I could do to make it better

I sold out :)

I took my mini food into to work  for the Breast Cancer Awareness Walk and it all sold ..I didn't plan on selling it all at work I thought I might get a few people and the rest we could take to the walk and sell there but...I sold out..everything is gone.

well except for a couple that I gave to friends, one for her birthday and another because she is a 2 time breast cancer survivor.  there were a couple that I would have liked to give my work too but they weren't here this year.  I remember them

I think my next cause is going to be my local animal shelter, Bella was a rescue and they always need help so I think I'm going to make a few things and see if I can help them out too.

I might not get rich doing this but at least I'm giving back and it makes me feel good

I did three more today

You finally got your chicken dinner, this is my frist time making chicken I like it but it should be bigger, and Victoria you were right I could redo my cupcakes that failed, they are down there with the donuts, thank you for the idea ...enough talk here you go: 

I think the cupcakes are ok for a fixer upper, the top should be spilling over but I'll do that next time, even though I'm tired this was fun to work on.

After 12:00 pm you wont get breakfast anywhere

...this is my frist time making coffee cups and I used enamal paint to make them glossy they look like real cups but I think I baked my eggs and bacon a little too long they'ver very dark

oh well you can't make an omlet without breaking a few eggs  *that's a joke you're supposed to laugh*

Italian Dinner

I made Ravioli ..it took a long time and I watched a tutorial on how to make it ..not in clay but in dough cause I wanted it to look real.  I think it turned out ok..have a look below :

I also made cheese cause...I like cheese :)

Im tired so Im going to bed..Good night and save me some Ravioli's   *hehehe*
